The missing link in how you are showing up in your business as a high achieving woman, is that you are leading with your intellect while you, your team or audience are missing out on your intuitive genius.

I often speak to women who are very intelligent, yet have somehow lost the essence of who they are as they expand in their business.

And I have discovered something very powerful, which also has a big impact on how a woman will show up in her leadership and life.

You can say all the things that draws people in.

You are intelligent and everyone knows it (including yourself).

However, because you haven’t stopped and given yourself space to lean into your true self completely, you have blocked yourself from the channel that gives you life.

Your intuitive genius.

This is the part of you directly connected to your brilliance. Your intuition is your compass, your north star.

When Your Inner Voice Whispers

When your inner voice whispers “walk this path”, and although you feel a knowing deep inside, often this knowing is over shadowed by your intellect and rational takes over.

While intellect is important for your ideas and knowledge to bloom, over relying on your intellect is costing you time, money and peace.

It is showing up in your work by creating what you feel people want, vs what your heart is aching to bring to life.

It shows up in your decision making.

By choosing mentors that make sense logically, while deep down you desire to do business in a completely different way.

Yet you follow their strategy and wonder why you havn’t arrived at where you want to be (even though you did have a feeling they weren’t the right one for you).

You begin to feel like the life force has been drained from you. Feeling depleted, over worked and lack of creative flow are signals you haven’t yet embodied your intuitive genius.

Overall, you outsource vs self source.

Making decisions from your intuitive genius vs your intellect taps into the very innate parts of you that makes you create from your feminine consciousness, versus your mind.

Your intuitive genius is what brings you home. It is the pillar of light that guides you in your life and business.

Your consciousness is where many of your genius ideas come from, yet are ignored as you focus on what I call your intellectual genius. Your knowledge, your expertise, the work you are known to do.

This is seen and felt very differently then when you create from your intuitive genius.

Meanwhile your intuitive genius is aching for you to listen.

To trust.

To share what is inside of you.

Your intuitive genius is where your body of work is nurtured, developed and grown with the aid of your wisdom over time.

The women who are here to create change for themselves and others are bringing their whole self into their work, and live and lead from their intuitive genius. They are deeply connected to their intuition. They are magnetic and their career and life feels very different. Business feels easier, it flows better and creative ideas are over flowing on a frequent basis.

Their intellect is a large part of their success, but it is their intuitive genius is the core foundation of which they are creating success as a woman.
